Mainland Products
 Mainland Products was part of the Fonterra co-operative group which is the world's largest exporter of dairy products and is responsible for a third of international dairy trade across open borders.
Mainland Products required online tutorials of Lotus Notes and contracted Online Learning Systems to design and develop the online tutorials. Online Learning Systems developed the tutorials using a Macromedia Flash delivery platform.
The tutorials follow an interactive 'show and tell' process whereby the learner is shown how tasks are performed in Lotus Notes and then requested to repeat the process online to check their understanding.
