Online Learning Systems re-purposed Lumley’s paper based version of the Loss Ratios and Breakeven Premium Calculations course transferring it to an online environment.
The online course demonstrated the benefits of learners accessing a customised learning platform to encourage a sense of ownership; utilization of various online learning techniques, such as, course activities and quiz to engage the learner; graphical images to act as learning anchors; the ability to track and report on student learning progress and outcomes.
