FMG (Farmers Mutual Group)
 FMG is a well established mutual with area offices scattered throughout the country. Prior to the launch of their new policy wording project, FMG needed to train over 200 staff in a short space of time.
Online Learning Systems were able to provide a solution using Knowledge Now™. This enabled FMG to efficiently and effectively train their staff on 35 learning modules from one central location.
FMG continues to use Knowledge Now™ to deliver their training.
To administer their performance management programme, FMG also utilize Online Learning Systems’ performance management tool, Knowledge NowPMF. FMG can now monitor their nationwide performance online as well as measure staff knowledge and skills through various Knowledge NowPMF reporting mechanisms.
