DB Breweries
As part of a large structured learning and development program, DB Breweries requested Online Learning Systems to develop online learning modules for their Sales and Marketing staff.
Development involved the transfer of their paper based material into a series of short, interactive, online modules that delivered important information as well as enabling managers to assess staff understanding and application by using case studies, assessment questions and reporting.
Online Learning Systems met the requirements of DB Breweries, by customising their Learning Management and Content System, Knowledge Now™ to their needs. DB Breweries are now able to effectively train their Sales and Marketing staff nationwide. In addition, DB Breweries have the ability to edit and/or create courses by using Knowledge Now™.
